Arunika Hamden brings to her counselling, coaching and workshops a practical wisdom distilled from her own vast, life and work experiences having worked in several different fields ranging from working in a factory, nursing in the Middle East, India, USA, Thailand and in Australia, where she worked for many years with mothers and babies.
Arunika has studied and practised meditation for over 40 years and has been teaching meditation and mindfulness practices for over 20 years. She draws from her own personal life experiences a deep understanding of the importance of recognising how the power of our thoughts, beliefs and attitudes can shape our perceptions and determine how we live our lives and experience the world.
Arunika is passionate about empowering her clients to recognise and value their life experiences, to tap into their own inner strengths and resources to take control of their lives and to achieve greater emotional, physical, and spiritual well being.
She provides individuals, groups and corporations with stress management coaching and counselling and offers effective and empowering methods to manage unwanted stress and pressures of daily life in a more easeful and sustainable way.
